messages put directly in disk instead creating outlook files

The most complicated thing is to manage both files under outlook when you
have to store some strategic messages in your files under your C (disk).(ex
message to a customer with the price list attached in excel)
When you want to store a message in your hard disk you are obliged to make a
jobe to do it by registering your message under your disk ...............

In order to not duplicate the client files one under your C and one under
your outlook , might it be possible to register through outlook which put
your messages in your files under your C directly, meaning that when you have
not opened your outlook you have your messages registered in your files under
your C.

It would be a sort of windows and people could have the choice either to
create some files and store some files in outlook either to strre directly
under your C.
