every time i try to read a reply i get the
following:message unavailable?

any ideas for solution?

Hi

Are you referring to just the Microsoft news groups or others as well?
Is this with every message? For the MS news groups - some messages
may have been cancelled by the poster, some you may be trying to read
too early - i.e. the messages haven't been uploaded to the news server
that you are using, some may have been deleted by Microsoft. However,
this wouldn't apply to all messages.

Are you on line when trying to read the messages? Perhaps you've got OE
set to only download headers and it can't get the bodies because you're
off line. How are you connecting to the Internet?
