I am want to put a message trailer on every email sent?

How do I achieve this anyone know do I need to change my email client?

If you're using outlook express or outlook, I would suggest you create a
signature. It can be anything you want. You have the option of inculding on
all your outgoing messages or not.

A good start would be to say what email client, eh? If it's either Outlook
or Outlook Express I suggest you post to a newsgroup for that respective
application. microsoft.public.outlook.general, or
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general. If a different client, post to a
newsgroup for that client.
