Message templates

I keep templates of frequently used messages in a Templates folder in
Outlook (2002). This works OK, but I have to remember to copy and paste the
template first so that I still have a copy there to use again.

Is there another way to create and use templates in Outlook?
 
There are lots of ways. Try this one first: Forward the message instead of
opening the template.
