I am a new user to Outlook 2003- a home user, single computer. I have set up my email accounts to store new messages in a .pst file that is in a specific folder. No problem with that.
However, I recently imported about 2000 existing messages (in mail folders) from Outlook Express into Outlook. I assumed these messages would be saved in the same folder I designated for email, but looking at the size of the .pst in that folder, I am sure it didn't save to that folder.
Three questions: 1. How can I find where these imported messages/folders are stored? 2. How do I move them into the folder I designated for my email messages? 3. Is there a global setting in Outlook that will allow me to designate a specific folder to save ALL Outlook files (mail, imported messages, contacts, etc.).
Thanks for our help.
