Message Rules?

How can I save/export my message rules in OE and import them into
ThunderBird?
 
You can't I don't think. OE rules are stored in the registry and there's no
"Export" function built in, although you can extract them from the registry
into a text format type of file. Basically though I doubt that would be much
use to you except as a reference. The site below gives much more detail
about extracting info from OE.

Not possible, since they are different programs with differing rule
structures.
