Jeannine

I sent a message to a distribution list. I tried to recall it and checked
to be notified of failures. How can I stop those notifications? It's been
three days now. Most of the recalls failed, so my inbox fills up with
message recall failure messages. Thanks, Jeannine

Jeannine,

I am not aware of any way to stop these recall notifications. However, have
you looked into creating a rule to keep these from filling up the Inbox?

Hope this helps.

Jeannine,

I don't believe the recipient is aware that you are receiving recall failure
notices.

Thanks. I'll set a rule. Surely, they must stop someday, though. What
must happen in order for them to stop? Does the recipient know what's going
on. I hope not. Jeannine

Technically, you should only receive (at most) one notice per recipient on
the distribution list.

Do you think these recall failure messages will continue to the end of time?
Thanks, Jeannine
