message occuring on boot-up

this message appears each time i start my pc.
QAGENT.EXE-Unable to locate component. Thisapplication
has failed to start because mrtRate.dll was not found. Re-
installing the application may fix the problem. Please
advise, thank you,

Seems like that program is related to Quicken. If you have
Quicken installed, Uninstall it and then re-install it.
