Message grouping and Windows Mail

How do I stop Windows mail from grouping my messages in my inbox, example at
the moment when someone replies to my emails all there responses come into a
submessage of the main message. I would like to have all my messages split
up, and not grouped under older replies.

You may have an option set to group messages by conversation.

Check options under the View tab.
 
I don't know about "Vista" but in Windows Mail: View, Current View,
uncheck "Group messages by conversation".
