message frozen in Outlook Outbox

I have a message that is completly frozen in my OUlook
2003 outbox. I am unable to open, send or do anything
else with the message. Whats the deal???

Sometimes it helps deleting the message if the pst file is not the default
one, so create a new profile with a new pst file and then open the original
one as second pst file. Outlook now should not try to transport that message
so it can be deleted.
