Are you formatting your messages in Rich Text format? If so, that gets
converted on sending to the Internet. See Tools > Options > Mail Format >
Internet Format

Hi TdMi,

Actually this was my first step in troubleshooting this issue, and I made
sure that it's all composed on HTML, even there's an option saying "When
sending Outlook Rich Text Message to Internet revipient, use this format
(Convert to HTML)"

Do you have any more ideas about that?

Is this for all messages?

No not actually, some of the messages only, but I make sure to choose HTML
not text or RTF formatting.

Is there anything you can see that might typify the messages for which it
happens? For example, is it only for those addressed to specific contacts?
