Message Duplicates!!!

why does Outlook download the same email message more than once? I have
Outlook setup on my computer and every time it sends and receives, it
foolishly downloads old messages it has downloaded before and duplicates new
messages it has already downloaded. How can I solve this problem? Please
help!!

Hi Bernie,
have you unchecked the "leave a copy on the server" option in the email
account settings?
