Message Categories and Icons in Message Subject

Hello everyone,
Outlook 2007 - Vista
I need your assistance on the following two issues:
1. Is it possible to inherit the category assigned to a 'sent' message to the recipient?
2. We need to include an icon in the subject of the message. is this possible?
