Message: Allow access for: N minutes...?

Outlook2003 | Exchange2003 SP1

Hi, how can i eliminate this message?, we have MAPI applications from
internal buiness procesess runing in some PCs, but this message "block" the
flow because it need a user action or confirmation...

We know perfectly the security implications of this accion... (worms,
malwares, etc.)

Title: Microsoft Office Outlook
Text:
A program is traying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".
