merging user accounts

I have two separate accounts, both as administrators and I would like to
merge them into one account without losing any email addresses or desktop
programs.
What to do,.......?
 
Create a new user account, combine the contents of My Documents, then
setup your preferences for the new account: wallpaper, screen saver,
Start menu, etc. For advice on moving Outlook Express see Inside Outlook
Express at www.insideoe.com. Once you're happy with your new account,
delete the old accounts.
