merging records from two identical database

Hi,

I was wondering if it possible to merge 2 identical database nd what are
rthe process to go about. Currently i have one database in the office and one
in the field, on a monthly basis we need to go out and collect the dataabse
and merged the data. But I seem to get stuck in combining 2 database into one
using import or get external data. Any help is much appreciated.

Look into Replication. It was designed to solve the problem you
express. There is a separate newsgroup dedicated to it.

microsoft.public.access.replication
