Merging multiple excel docs into one doc

I have 250 plus seperate excel spreadsheets that I need to merge into one.
They are all formatted the same and have all of the same fields. They just
have different data that I need to consolidate. Does anyone knnow of a way to
make this happen other than copy and paste each individual sheet?
