merging address books, emails, rules in OE 5, OE6

I have OE 6 in win XP home puter. It went to the shop and I've been using
old puter (win 98 OE5) for a while. Is it possible to backup my email, wab
and message rules from win 98 computer and merge them with win xp
computer??
Can someone pls point me in the right direction on how to do this? (if
possible) Thanks!!
