Merging Access to Word

Am I understanding correctly that Access 2003 CANNOT be depended upon to
always merge all queries to Word 2003? Other postings I've seen say to
change the query to Excel, change the query to a text file, or change the
query to a MakeTable query! I hae been merging Access to Word for years and
can no longer do it! So is it true that Access 2003 can do LESS than Access
2000? Thank you so much for any help any one can provide!
 
Not all Access users merge data to Word, so if you would like a 2nd opinion
from some real Word experts, try posting to the Word newsgroups and see what
they say. Let us know what you find.
