Merged records are splitting in newsletter columns

How can I keep merged records from splitting into another column in a 32 page
3-column directory. I've tried selecting all records and applying the Orphan
function under Paragraph Format, but that doesn't work.

Appreciate any other ideas.
 
You probably need to use "Keep lines together" as well.
