Merge two tables

Can somebody please help me to take one table from Word
and merge it as a column on the right side of another
table?
 
If you have the show/hide symbols turned on, you should be able to select the table you want to paste and copy it. Then, instead of selecting the table you want to combine it with, select the floating floating end of cell makers that appear to the right of the table (they won't be there unless you have Show/Hide set to Show). Select these using the same method you use to select a column. Right clisk on the selection. One of your choices should be Paste Columns

Clarificatio to my last post. You should select the cells or columns you want to merge onto the other table, don't select the whole table, or you may get an error that tells you the selection can't be merged
