merge to email doesn't go

I merge to email through Word 2003(2) from an Access database. The emails
appear in my 'sent items' folder but don't actually go out. I don't get any
error message. I've done this successfully before. I can resend
individually - arduous. Thanks for any help.

I found that running: winword.exe /a as described on the above page
worked for me.
