L Liz Oct 17, 2003 #2 You could try Copy (in Excel) and paste into Word. This will put your Excel data into a Word table. Once pasted you may need to select the table - Go to table on the toolbar and select Show Gridlines. Hope this is waht you are asking. Good Luck!
