I have several users who maintain multiple calendars. Now they want to
switch to one calendar only. Is there any easy way copy all the events
from one calendar to another? I know it can be on individual items, but
I need to grab all items from one and move/copy to the other?

Thanks in advance.

Set the view to one of the Table Views (Active Events or something) then
SHIFT+A to select all, and drag/drop all of the items to the single
calendar.

Hi Ben,
another method for merging lots of calendars is using the export function.
From Outlook, click File -> Import and Export, then export to a file, then
choose Personal Folder File (PST), then click next, then chose the calendar
folder, it will then ask you where you want to save to. type the name of
location you can easily find and he-presto you have exported all your
calendar events. Get everyone else to do this and then importing the files
should be as easy as File -> Import and Export -> Import from another program
or file, Personal Folder File (PST) and choose the files you exported earlier.

This may seem long winded, but its thorough. It also works in environments
where Outlook is not used with an Exchange server.

Hope this helps and have a fantastic day

File | Export can sometimes have some unintended consequences especially
as regards dates. I'd prefer to move the items from one PST to the other.

Never use export/import to transfer data from Outlook to Outlook. There's
simply no reason for it and you may lose some data, depending on what is
transferred.
