As long as you put it on the form, yes. A toolbar is just buttons. They can
be placed on any form.

As is normal I have spent considerable time trying to do just that. The
problem is that when I add a toolbar that I have previously created to the
properties list of the popup form it always shows not on the popup form but
on the background form under my popup. as a popup is normally modal, when I
leave the form the background menu is not available until I close the popup.
If i make it modal set to "No" the toolbar works but then my user can
interact with the background form, which i am trying to avoid.
Just put the buttons on the form itself, not on a separate toolbar. They'll
be available as long as the form is open. I make a template form with all
the buttons already coded and then copy that form and use it for your
popups.
