Menu problem

I installed USB Bluetooth driver/software, connected the USB blue tooth,
transferred the file via blue tooth, It worked fine. But while I was using MS
ACCESS database, I noticed that the Menu's dropdown has disappeared.
Immediately, I removed the Bluetooth software, deleted all the folders
related to it and try to run the access database, found same problem.

Now I have also noticed that on Windows explorer, if I select any file,
right click - Send TO -
the first option is the Blue tooth, which I have removed, so it should not
be there, it should be Floopy drive.

How to overcome the problem. so that my all above can be solved.

Please advise.

right click on the toolbar and make sure that the "menu bar" has a check mark
to the left of it.
