Menu in browser upon right mouse click

When i click the right mouse button in Internet explorer
some sites have nested themselves in the menu. Where can i
edit the menu options when i click the right mouse button?

I mean the menu that start with :
Back
Forward
--------
Save Background as...
Set as Background
etc.
