This is the default. Why do you ask?

Its not working for me. Any suggestions? Each page
opens in a new window.

Open the page in HTML view, then search for and remove
any target="_blank" attributes.

If this affects a lot of pages, you may want to:

1. Open your Web (but no pages).
2. Choose Replace from the Edit menu.
3. Set Find What to target="_blank".
4. Make Replace With empty.
5. Select Find In HTML (or Find In Source Code).
6. Click Find In Web (or Find In Site).
7. When the search ends, double-click the first entry to
start Find and Replace in each page.
