Iam working with windos xp movie maker and it tell me that i ran out of
memory how can i fix that can some one help me ?
thank you !

I don't think you ran out of memory. You likely:

1. ran out of disk space (the files created are huge)

2. you are saving the huge file to a partition that has been formatted as
fat32. This type of partition has a 4 gig maximum file size. 1/2 hour of
video will exceed this file size. You will have to save the file to a
partition that is formatted as NTFS. The file size is virtually unlimited.
It would help if the operating system were also running from a NTFS
partition/drive for the same reasons. A temporary file may be created on the
O/S partition that exceeds 4 gig.

Unfortunately, many store bought computers still come formatted as fat32. I
see it frequently.

Yes, you can convert the fat32 partitions to NTFS partitions to overcome
this limitation.

You probably need to add RAM. This is a simple thing to do, and RAM
doesn't cost very much. You can do it yourself, or have your local
computer shop do it.

You don't say how much RAM you currently have, but I'd guess you want
to go to 2 or 3 gigabytes to make Moviemaker really happy.

.... Click Start > Run
.... Type "sysdm.cpl ,3" (Without quotes)
.... Click the first Settings button
.... Advanced tab
.... Click Change button
.... Select "System managed size"
.... Click Set > OK > OK > OK

If System Managed size is already selected then you need more RAM.
