Running XP Pro. I had 4 GB of RAM installed, but when I checked in system
properties it shows 3.62 GB of Ram. Is this normal or do I have some bad RAM.

maybe one of ur ram stick is probably not in properly or damaged.

It's normal. It's even normal for a lot less than that to show up when 4GB
is installed. It's all there.
