Your system has been infected with the W32.Swen.A@mm virus. Go to
www.symantec.com for more information and virus removal instructions. Good
luck!!!

This sounds typical of the Swen Worm.
A cleanup utility is available if you go to
http://www3.ca.com/virusinfo/virus.aspx?ID=36939
and in Characteristics, Cleaning Utility available, click the 'please
click her'

Do that on an uninfected machine. Extract the ClnSwen.com and
FixSwen.inf files from it, put them on a floppy, set that to be write
protected, on the infected machine

Right click on this FixSwen.inf and take Install. It will remove
registry entries that may prevent the 'Clean' program from running
Then double click the ClnSwen.com to clean things up
