i attempted to load Norton Antivirus 2000 (i know this
now to be the wrong versio) i thought i would be able to
load it and update it on the net - big mistake - halfway
through loading it, it stopped. But my problem now is
that i can't uninstall it because it says it is corrupted
or "not there". I have Norton 2002 now to load but it
wont load because it says there is an older version on
the system which needs to be uninstalled first.
the problem i have had is that i get this error prompt
when i start up (memory access violation in kernal32 at
6789:3881:7584) then another saying (NAV AUTO PROTECT
unable to start NAVAP) the latter i know to be the norton
but is memory access one relating to norton or is there
something else wrong with my computer - how can i fix
these problems. - yours completly lost having tried
everything i know.
