memory reference problem.

I am getting this error once in a while:
"The instruction at "0x77f8309d" referenced memory at "0x00ddffad". The
memory could not be "read". Click on ok to terminate the program.

How to fix this problem?

Try running Memtest86+ to at least eliminate any bad ram:

Most common cause is some type of malware (spy/ad/virus) installed on the
system. Scan your system in Safe mode with an updated antivirus programs as
well as Adaware and any other program you may use.

At first check whether malwares are present in the system or not.
Boot into Safe mode and run the latest virus definitioned
antivirus,along with latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder as well as with Adware.
