Hello, I keep getting crash dump errors, it comes up with a blue screen
reporting that a physical memory dump has occured.
Also i am getting a lot of crashes i have checked my errors and for this one
it says about the EC hardware didnt respond it says there could be an error
in EC bios or firmware.
I would love some help as i keep trying to play online games and do work and
these crashes are annoying me.
Regards, ben

Hey Ben,

Since the message indicates the problem is with the BIOS, you should
contact the motherboard vendor. They may have a diagnostic tool you can
use or an updated BIOS revision or may just replace the board altogether.

Can you record the STOP error code that appears near the top of the screen
and post it here.

It is very difficult to assist you in determining the possible cause
of an error without knowing the content of the actual error message.

There are a vast number of different error messages that can be
produced by Windows and very often it is the presence or the absence
of a single word in the message text, or the exact value of one of the
parameters in the message, that is the essential clue.

Please provide the complete verbatim text of the error message(s) that
you are getting, including all of the parameters. That will give us
something specific to work with.

Good luck
