Memory Error at Shutdown

gt error: The instruction at 0x771c194 referenced memory
at 0x00000008. The memory could not be read.

This occurs only at shutdonw and if i continue nothing
seems to be wrong. I have installed all the updates
released.

Some program is crashing at shutdown. Determine what is running with
Task Manager. Look in Event Viewer for clues.
