memory dump....HELP ME PLEASE!!!

We just installed xp pro and now our system all of a
sudden looses system files eg..vbox failed to initialize
erroe202...What in the hell does that mean???? also it
keeps doing memory dumps and ATI problems as well. What
do we do??? Someone please won't you help?????

You don't provide enough information to get a good answer. Vbox is
software used for online updates, usually by Symantec. It sounds like
either you have a bad install, didn't install the correct drivers, or
have hardware problems. Do yourself a favor and take the computer to a
good local shop and have them fix it.
