Memory configuration on Asus A7n8x-x

Hi everybody!
I have an Asus a7n8x-x motherboard and 2 Kingston 400 Dimm CL3 instaled. I
would like to increase the amount of Ram in my computer to 1 Gb, as far as
I have just 3 slot I'm thinking about buy a 512 Mb module (same
characteristics)
Dual channel memory function it's not suported by this motherboard :-(

1. Will I have any problem becouse of different sizes?
2. Bigest module should go in the first bank?

For what it is worth I have a pair of 512 Corsair CL2 PC2700 DIMMS in mine
and just stuck a 256MB PC2700 DIMM in and had 1.25GB RAM. It did disable
dual channel.
