Memory access violation

Every time i start up my computer i receive a error
message saying: "Memory access violation at kernel 32"
and then followed by a number. How do i fix it?

Clue: Microsoft does not distribute updates or patches via e-mail. You
likely recently received and installed one of these faked support emails.

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.
