On opening xp home, I get the error occurred
message "memory access violation in module kernal 32 at
2631:56565189." Need help solving this.

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.
