Memo filed

I have a form that contains a subdata sheet. In the subdata sheet there is a
memo filed that populates memos that users have entered. Most of the time
users will copy and paste parts of documents into this filed. The problem is
that I can not see everything that they have typed because the memo field is
not larger enough. Is there any way to make a dialog box appear when they
click on the memo field, and have the dialog box show the information inside
the memo?

On the Click or Dbl-Click event for the memo field...
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdZoomBox

That's the best I think, but... you could also consider setting the text
control Scroll Bar property to Vertical.
