Memo Fields/Bulleted

Is it possible to format a memo field to bullet or number lines after each
carriage return? Much like the 'bullet format' in Word.
 
The text box in Access is capable of plain text only. It does not support
bulleting, indenting, auto-numbering of paragraphs within the field.

In Access 2000 and later, you can manually insert a bullet character in the
text. Use the Character Map applet that comes with Windows, copy the
character in a font such as Arial into your memo field.

The alternative is to use a rich text box such as this one:
