Memo field

Hi,

I created the Survey Database. I chose the Memo filed for my questions since
all questions are long.

I would like to give you an example of one question.

The problem is when I run the query, the question didn't show all.
Therefore, it didn't show complete in the report.


Ex: Question 1- We need your help in evaluating the effectiveness of the new
acuity scoring system and daily patient care assignments. Please answer the
following questions based on the following objective....

The report shows like that "We need your help in evaluating the
effectiveness of the new acuity scoring system and daily patient care
assignments. Please". The rest of the question is cut off.

Please help.

If you have any Format set in the textbox which displays the memo... or if you
sort by the memo field... it will be truncated to 255 characters. Are you
doing either?
