Memo field in a table

If you use the memo field in a table it can contain +/-
65,000 characters. If you include that field in a query
it is limited to 255 characters. I'm not sorting or
grouping on the field, I just need it to show in the query
and eventually on a report.

Check the field's properties, and remove any formatting.
