Membership area on site

I am trying to prompt users for a registration when they try to access .pdfs
or a resources section and then be able to store that information in a simple
csv file. One comment I saw recommended Netlogin. I will be hosting the
site at bCentral and I have no programming skilss whatsoever. Do you think
NetLogin is a good solution? What about Spooky Login? Any other programs
that can run on a non-lunix server and a programming dummy can use?
 
You need to check with bCentral to see if you can run .asp pages.
