Megabyte Download Quota

What is the best way to keep down the megabytes downloaded in FP. I
edit my site from the server and I want to be able to use FP with my
cell phone as the modem. I most limit the megabytes I download. Is
there anyway to "turn pictures off" or other ideas?
 
Check your Cell Phones manual.
I wouldn't recommend working like that unless you have an urgent need to
Publish changes and no other means to do it.
