I can send an invitation to a meeting to several people in the office &
about half of them have the wrong time. It's a mix of XP Pro & Win2k, but
isn't exclusive to one OS.
Any suggestions?

Some people in the group must have a different time zone or daylight saving
time setting than you do. They'd have to check those settings in both
Outlook and Windows to see where the problem is.

I've read that here, as well as in the Office Discussion Groups, but no,
everyone is in the same time zone, same building, same floor, same office.
I've checked the time & time zone settings in the taskbar, as well as in
Outlook & time zones are the same!
What else could it be?!?

You didn't specifically mention you checked the DST setting...did you? I
realize the folks are all physically in the same time zone, etc. -- but
that's exactly what usually causes the confusion when someone has one
setting different than everyone else, unknowingly.

If you checked the DST settings and they are all the same too, are you using
a mail server in your office or is this all internet mail? Just wondering
if the server might have a setting that's off.

Yes, the DST option is checked in both places, on all computers. We are
using Internet Main, Ipswitch's Imail Server, but with all messages going
through the same server, why would this happen to some, but not all?

I think I've run out of ideas on this one, unfortunately. If I come across
anything else that may help I'll post back here.

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on this group.
