When trying to use MediaDirect, it recognizes my calander entries from
Outlook 2007, but not my Contacts or Presentations. I have gone into WIndows,
changed the settings. rebooted, etc and spent over an hour on the phone with
Dell to no avail. Does anybody have a suggestion as to what the problem might
be, and a work-around? Thanks for your time. RRosen
