What's the problem with WMP? What is it not doing or what errors are you
receiving?

When I run it a box appears that says Windows messenger has stopped working
and it searches for the problem then a second box appears that says "a
problem caused the program to stop working" it also says it will notify if
there is a solution available but dosent.

I am having the same problem, along with many others, with this piece of
crap called VISTA. I will not give Gates another $59 to have his folks look
at this.
The only thing I found good about VISTA was the icon they added to get you
back to the desktop - the rest of it sucks so far....

Sorry I meant Windows Media Player

You mean the "Show Desktop" icon? That's in XP as well.

Why would you give Bill Gates $59.00? If you purchased the retail boxed OS
from Microsoft you have 90 days of free support. If it came with your
computer or you bought it from an OEM your free support is usually good for
the length of your warranty.
