Media Player 10 Security Warning

I have 2 users out of 600 who are having a problem with Media Player 10.
When they open the app, a security warning pops up saying "The current Web
page is trying to open a site on your intranet. Do you want to allow this?"
This happens for each online store listed in the menu.

Any ideas?
