Media Center 2002 - possible to upgrade to MC 2005?

I've got a Toshiba Qosmio laptop with Media Center 2002 installed on
it. Is there any way to upgrade to Media Center 2005?
 
Contact Toshiba support and ask them if they have an
available upgrade for Media Center 2005.
